Whether a fan of chart-topping hits, captivating podcasts, or immersive audiobooks, uninterrupted listening is a must. Right now, new Prime members can secure a four-month Amazon Music Unlimited subscription for 99p per month, as the retailer unveils a wave of Prime Day deals.
Typically, Amazon Music would set listeners back £10.99 a month, but new Prime members have until 9 October to take advantage of the 99p per month offer. There’s also good news for non-Prime members as they can secure the subscription for 99p for a slightly shorter three months.
After the trial ends, the subscription will renew at £10.99 per month for Prime members and £11.99 for non-Prime members. Amazon Music Unlimited brings together everything a listener could want, featuring 100 million songs in HD and millions more in Ultra HD and Spatial Audio — delivering studio-quality sound that lets listeners experience music exactly as the artist intended.
If it’s podcasts that shoppers are keen on, they’ll also gain access to trending ad-free podcasts such as The Rest Is Politics, The Diary Of A CEO and Staying Relevant. Audiobooks are also growing in popularity, and with this subscription, users can enjoy one free audiobook from Audible each month.
For many people, advertisements are a major annoyance, but Amazon Music Unlimited provides completely ad-free music with the ability to download tracks or playlists beforehand for offline listening. The service also creates personalised suggestions based on users’ listening patterns, which can be enjoyed across mobile phones, tablets, computers, Fire TV or Amazon Echo devices, reports the Daily Record.

Amazon Music Unlimited has been slashed to 99p per month for four months for Prime members.
Several other well-known music streaming services are available, including Spotify which costs £11.99 for its Premium tier and provides advertisement-free listening, offline download capabilities, ‘superior audio quality’ and the ability to listen simultaneously with mates. Apple Music, meanwhile, is priced at £10.99 monthly and boasts more than 100 million tracks and 30,000 playlists, plus ad-free streaming and features that allow users to discover what their friends are currently playing.
Amazon Music Unlimited subscribers have shared their feedback about the service on Trustpilot. One user commented: “It’s brilliant at finding perfect song choices for me and I prefer it to other music apps. No issues at all and I love the music recommendations for me too.”

Another customer noted: “It’s a good music service. I only use individual options and enjoy it as I use it if I go on walks and to town. No issues.”
However, some users had contrasting views. One individual stated: “While picking music, it’s quite annoying why the album cover and options come up every time you change music, it would be much better if this didn’t happen.” Another remarked: “A little tad expensive, however a very reliable service with a great line up of music and podcasts.”
