Grab announces the launch of Partner Apps to expand its range of services available to users in SEA
Ride-hailing giant Grab has just announced the launch of Partner Apps: a feature that will allow users to access products, services, and content from its third-party partner brands in Southeast Asia directly on the Grab app, in a bid to expand the number and type of services available to users.
According to a press release, Grab users can enjoy a seamless, all-in-one app experience through their existing accounts and payment preferences, without downloading any additional apps. Simultaneously, businesses can tap into its 46 million user base to boost their reach within Southeast Asia.
Grab has launched five Partner App services in Singapore and Malaysia today (Oct 22), and plans to introduce more from local and international brands in the coming months. These five providers are also offering special promotions and perks for users until the end of 2025; here they are:

How to access Grab Partner Apps
On the homepage of the Grab app, users will find a new Partners section, listing all Partner Apps available in the respective markets, allowing them to access services and products with just a single tap on their mobile.

Users can stay logged into the app to browse or perform transactions through Partner Apps without creating new accounts, completing additional user verification and login processes, or downloading additional individual apps offered separately by the providers.
They can also choose GrabPay as their preferred mode of payment for the services provided. More payment options, including credit and debit cards and PayLater, will be available in the coming months.
As an additional benefit, users can earn GrabRewards Points by booking services or purchasing products through Partner Apps, and will be renamed to GrabCoins in Nov 2025 in most Grab markets.
