Prince Andrew has been back in the headlines with fresh revelations over his past conduct and current circumstances raising awkward questions for the disgraced former duke.
Last week Andrew renounced his dukedom and other royal titles ahead of the publication of Virginia Giuffre’s posthumous memoirs, in an attempt to put an end to years of controversy, following allegations he sexually abused Giuffre.
However, the prince, who vehemently denies the allegations, has been overtaken by a rising tide of criticism in the past 24 hours as fresh revelations have surfaced concerning his current living arrangements and former dealings with infamous paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
It has also come to light that Andrew lied to Emily Maitlis in the famous Newsnight ‘car crash’ interview, saying he had broken off contact with paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, but an email that has recently come to light revealed that Andrew had in fact stayed in touch with Epstein, promising in a 2011 email that the pair would “play some more soon”.

The former duke is believed to have spent the past few days laying low in the Royal Lodge, a 30-room mansion on the Windsor estate where he lives with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, but he faces the prospect of moving out following his recent scandals.

Royal insiders have claimed that Prince William and Princess Kate want Prince Andrew out of Royal Lodge by Bonfire Night.
William and Kate are said to be preparing to move into Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park by November 5 but William reportedly wants his disgraced uncle gone from his 30-room mansion by the time they arrive.

“Catherine shudders at the thought of living so close to Royal Lodge while Prince Andrew is still in it,” the source said. “William wants him gone before they start to move in next week. It’s not about what Andrew doesn’t want to do anymore. It’s about what he’s going to be told to do.”

An interview with Virginia Giuffre’s ex-boyfriend and high school sweetheart Tony Figueroa has shed more light on her state of mind directly after sleeping with Andrew for the first time, he claims.
Tony described the time she called him, aged 17, just hours after claiming she had sex with Prince Andrew in London – he said she was left shaking with fear. He described how they both feared for her safety in the wake of conspiracy theories that the Royals had Princess Diana murdered.
Prince Andrew’s ex-protection officer quizzed by Met over ‘dirt-digging’
Investigators from the Met Police have quizzed Prince Andrew’s former-royal protection officer over claims he was asked by the disgraced Royal to “dig up dirt” on Virginia Giuffre after she accused him of sexual abuse.

Two Met Police officers reportedly visited the South East London home of Andrew’s ex-protection official on Tuesday morning as part of this claim. It was previously revealed the disgraced prince allegedly embroiled the Met and the late Queen’s senior aides in an attempted smear campaign against his accuser
Prince Andrew ‘makes decision over Harry-style book on royal life’
In an effort to calm fears he could “go rogue” if forced out of Royal Lodge, Prince Andrew has reportedly promised King Charles that he won’t publish a Harry-style bombshell memoir.
The former duke, now faces losing his sprawling 30-bedroom Windsor mansion in what insiders have dubbed “York-xit.” But he has told the King he won’t “do a Harry” and reveal royal secrets in a tell-all book. A source said: “Andrew won’t write a book like Spare. He has promised the King.”
While he has ruled out writing a book, his ex-wife Sarah has been inundated with offers from publishers, according to The Sun on Sunday.
Prince Andrew ‘offered to help lure Aussie PM’s daughter for Jeffery Epstein’
New documents that have come to light as part of the Epstein Files currently being reviewed by the US Congress show an email exchange where Andrew promised Epstein he would arrange a dinner with the attractive daughter of the former Australian PM.
Reports say Epstein asked Andrew in an email dated February 16 2011: “Would you ask Katherine Keating if she would like to come for dinner with Woody Allen next week in New York?” to which the prince replied: “Will do.”
Discussing her links to Epstein for the first time, Ms Keating, now 44, has confirmed Andrew “fixed” her a 2011 dinner with Epstein. There is no suggestion that Ms Keating was any part of, or knew anything about, any improper or illegal conduct by Epstein or any of his associates.
Prince Andrew could face Commons scrutiny over title and ‘peppercorn’ rent mansion
Prince Andrew is being faced with the possibility that MPs could publicly debate his behaviour and the fact that he lives in a 30-room mansion which he leases from the Crown Estate for a ‘peppercorn’ rent.
The Government has so far declined to set aside time in the House of Commons for MPs to discuss Andrew’s situation, as the Royal family wishes Parliament to concentrate on “important issues” but Lib Dem sources have hinted that they could use their remain opposition day debate this year to force a discussion of the matter.
