Amanda Holden’s 19 year old daughter Lexi Hughes has landed a major new role after being chosen as the face of Superdrug’s fresh own-brand skincare collection, POP.
The teenager, who made her runway debut this year strutting for Fran Hung at London Fashion Week, is now carving out her own path in the entertainment industry.
Lexi, who bears a striking resemblance to her famous mother, has praised Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda for inspiring her passion for fashion and beauty.

The mother-daughter duo frequently appear together on social media. However, despite her mum’s celebrity status, Lexi is committed to establishing her own professional reputation.
She’s hopeful that this partnership with Superdrug will open doors to further opportunities.
The eldest child of Lexi, Amanda and her spouse Chris Hughes is a true multitasker, simultaneously concentrating on her studies as she enters her second academic year.
Speaking about her latest venture, she described POP as “well researched, uncomplicated” and “fun to use”.

Lexi revealed to the Mail that POP products are “very calming for young skin”, emphasising that the skincare collection is “approachable and very affordable”, reports the Mirror.
She shared: “I’m just starting out and I’m very focused on Uni and doing a good job. I try to stay focused on simple things, and the things I love doing and surround myself with my friends and family.”
Lexi gushed about her bond with her celebrity mum, revealing: “She’s always there to cheer me on and give advice but also lets me find my own path and have fun with my projects.”
The teen couldn’t contain her admiration for her “supportive, kind, smart and fun” mother, confessing she feels “very lucky to have her”.
Beaming with pride, Amanda, 54, took to social media last year to mark her eldest daughter’s A-level achievements. She posted a gorgeous snapshot of herself alongside her not-so-little girl on Instagram, penning: “Last ever day at school. A levels done. Could not be prouder of our little @lexi.hughes__”.
“Brilliant, funny, resilient and all grown up.. the world is yours.. Go and live the biggest possible life .. Mummy Daddy and Hollie love you”.
Yet whilst Lexi is pursuing stardom, her younger sibling Hollie, 13, has turned her back on celebrity life, with Amanda confessing the youngster remains “disinterested” in her mother’s showbiz world.
Speaking to The Sun’s TV Mag recently, she revealed: “You do have to develop a thick skin and they both know that Mummy has one and that we take everything with a pinch of salt in our house.
“So I hope they’ve learnt enough from me. Because, obviously, there’s been moments around the dinner table and they’ve heard things and watched things, but they’re quite disinterested in me and my career – I get ignored!”
She revealed that her daughter Hollie often crosses the road to avoid her when she’s picking her up from school. This comes after Amanda Holden, the TV presenter and mum, defended her daughter Lexi against accusations of nepotism, stating that her modelling contract has “nothing to do with me being her mum”.
Speaking to Radio Times, Amanda said: “Yes, she’s related to me, but that’s nothing to do with me. The word “nepo” can be thrown around for ever but it’s unfair it’s been used in showbiz.”
Amanda also shared a personal anecdote about how her mother helped her land her first job. She said: “When I was young, I got a job in a fruit ‘n’ veg shop because my mum knew the fruit ‘n’ veg guy. If you know someone that can help your child get in somewhere, you’ll do whatever.”
