Jack Osbourne was moved to tears as he spoke about his late father, Ozzy, on Saturday night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
The 40 year old reality star is currently participating in the ITV jungle-based reality show, just a few months after his legendary rock musician father passed away at 76, following a series of health complications.
During a heartfelt conversation with Eddie Kadi, Jack shared: “Just his energy, he had this force, so hard to describe, he had this energy, it was like, he swallowed the galaxy and didn’t know what to do with it, it’s the only way to ever describe it.
“He could say nothing and its just this authentic energy with him, I miss it, and his humour, f**** he was funny, definitely miss his jokes.”

At this point, he began to wipe his eyes and received comfort from his fellow contestant, reports the Mirror.
Later, speaking alone in The Bush Telegraph, Jack admitted: “I’m feeling ok, Eddie was asking some questions about my dad, I got a bit emotional, I feel like I can be vulnerable about this kind of stuff.”
In the years leading up to his passing, Ozzy had been openly dealing with health issues, but remained determined to perform at Villa Park for his final gig just days before his death.
His death certificate disclosed that the Prince of Darkness succumbed to an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction (joint causes).
An acute myocardial infarction occurs when blood flow to the heart becomes blocked, typically by a blood clot, causing damage to the heart muscle.
Warning signs may include chest pain described as pressure, heaviness, tightness or squeezing sensations, discomfort spreading to the arm, jaw, neck, back and stomach, dizziness, perspiration, breathing difficulties and general malaise.
Air ambulance crews battled for two hours attempting to save Ozzy’s life after being called to his residence.
During Monday evening’s instalment of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! , Ozzy’s son Jack became tearful whilst discussing his late father. Chatting to Lisa Riley, Jack revealed: “It was definitely a shock.
“I mean, we knew he was sick for a while, but it was definitely a shock, I mean, we didn’t know it would be that quick… It was the ultimate mic drop, he did a massive big gig and was like, ‘Alright, I’m done. ‘”
Tears began flowing when the Emmerdale star questioned what Jack’s father would make of his jungle appearance.
“He’d be so supportive of this,” he responded whilst dabbing his eyes.Later, speaking privately in the Bush Telegraph away from fellow campmates, Jack reflected on his bereavement, sharing: “I’m still navigating it all, it’s been three, nearly four months, and it’s still pretty fresh.”
Jack has received the full support of his mother, Sharon, and sister, Kelly, to participate in the jungle-based reality show, with the famous family planning to watch his journey.
He admitted that leaving his grieving family will be a significant challenge. “It’s absolutely going to be hard leaving them behind,” Jack confessed. He further added: “I have got lots of kids, my wife, and my family still in the wake of my dad passing. It is going to be difficult, that is for sure.
“It’s not the longest amount of time I’ve been away from them. I’ve gone on different trips filming Adrenaline Junkie for nearly two months without a phone.
“I still had access to one, and I was able to make calls home. It’s going to be very difficult not speaking to my wife and kids.
“But yes, I do hope I can make my family proud.”
