A brazen driver was caught on camera driving the wrong way around a Birmingham roundabout.
The Seat Leon driver was captured in shock footage gathered by BirminghamLive over a course of a three month period on the city’s roads.
BirminghamLive has submitted the footage to West Midlands Police as part of Operation Snap.

In our dashcam footage, caught from the rear end of the car, the Seat driver was seen avoiding queueing to go around the roundabout for the third exit, and shooting off to the right, on the wrong side of the road.
By chance, there were no drivers in the oncoming lane, but if there had been, the outcome might have been different.
The white car was captured driving recklessly from Swanshurst Lane to Wheelers Lane.
Our BirminghamLive staff member said: “These are three clips as they pulled over ahead of me after first two clips.

“They caught up with me and undertook me on the roundabout.”
A number of risky and dangerous drivers have been caught in the West Midlands thanks to the police’s Operation Snap scheme encouraging road users to submit their dashcam footage to police.
The scheme saw more than 16,200 video clips submitted last year and led to an 85 per cent success rate for those prosecuted.
Drivers were found guilty of a range of offences and were handed instant bans, warning letters, fines, penalty points on their licenses and, in serious cases, court appearances.
We shared the footage with the force this weekend and blurred out all of the number plates of the cars involved.

All the footage was shot in and around Birmingham neighbourhoods.
There have been repeated calls from the community and road safety group Better Streets for Birmingham to install safety measures and bring in new rules to stop reckless driving in the city.
There have been a number of recent fatalities on the roads in Birmingham, including two in one week, in separate incidents, in Sutton Coldfield.

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “Our Op Snap team reviewed more than 16,000 pieces of footage last year and were able to take positive action in nearly 85% of cases.
“Motorists found guilty of driving offences faced a range of consequences including instant bans, warning letters, fines, penalty points on their licences and court appearances.
“Road safety is a top priority for the force and we’re continuing to work with partners to reduce the number of people killed and seriously injured on West Midlands roads.
