Love Island All Stars is poised to grace our television screens once again with a fresh series and one particular contestant making her villa return has certainly made her presence felt since her initial appearance on the programme.
Jess Harding, who rose to prominence after claiming victory on Love Island in 2023 alongside her former partner Sammy Root, has achieved a remarkable transformation.
The 25 year old star, returning to her reality television origins on All Stars, has seized the chance to display her stunning makeover and the cosmetic enhancements she’s undertaken.
Her aesthetic journey encompasses lip, cheek and chin fillers, details she openly discussed on her beauty-focused Instagram account.

Accompanying a comparison photograph, she penned: “My personal transformation over the past 5+ years as an Aesthetics Practitioner.”
She elaborated: “Of course growing up and coming into my features naturally has played its part but Aesthetic treatments have definitely made a difference too (along with learning how to do my makeup).”
Offering guidance, she remarked: “Just a little reminder that when done correctly and with a natural approach, Aesthetic treatments can create subtle yet amazing changes over time! choose your practitioner wisely.”
Supporters were swift to commend Jess’ transformation, inundating her post’s comments with praise. “Gorgeous darling,” penned one admirer. “Love the transparency gorgeous,” remarked another. “Glow up girlie xx,” proclaimed a third devotee.

A fourth contributor noted: “Honest, real and gorgeous inside and out, before and now! keep shining queen xx.”
“Gorgeous girl before and after,” another admirer added. A sixth supporter expressed: “I love the transparency! You’re beautiful inside and out!”
However, not everyone was as complimentary, with a seventh critic questioning: “Why not just be natural? I don’t get all this fake look!”
Ahead of her television comeback, Jess has pledged not to be easily swayed in her renewed pursuit of romance. She declared: “I don’t want to be a pushover. I was the nice girl in the corner. But now my confidence has grown, I’ve got a great personality, I’m nice looking, if you don’t want me, someone else will be lucky to have me.”

She is joined by fellow champion, Millie Court, 29, who clinched victory on the ITV2 series in 2021 alongside former partner Liam Reardon. Her reappearance follows the duo’s break up in September and the conclusion of their intermittent relationship.
Whitney Adebayo, 28, narrowly missed out on the crown the same year when she and Lochan Nowacki were runners-up, much to the surprise of fans. The pair ended their two-year relationship in 2025 amidst controversy.
The influencer publicly accused her ex-partner of making racist comments during their time together, allegations that Lochan strongly refuted before initiating a defamation lawsuit against her. Now, Whitney is set to make a dramatic return to the villa in hopes of finding her lifelong companion.
