“Absolutely thrilled with my new curtains,” a third penned. “We chose the multicoloured option, and are delighted with the cosy warmth they add to the room. Highly recommend.”

One shopper, however, gave the Lucetta Pencil Pleat Curtains a three-star rating because they weren’t ‘as wide’ as expected. It reads: “I should have bought wider curtains. They are okay, but they don’t ‘hang’ as nicely as I would like.”

Another three-star review mentions: “For a set of curtains at that price, I expected the header tape to be finished off properly and the edges to be pressed. The fabric is beautiful the finishing just let it down.”

But somebody else loved their latest Dunelm purchase, adding: “These are the most beautiful curtains I have ever owned. Good quality and a lovely design that makes my living room look all lovely and cosy. These curtains will not disappoint.”

Another five-star review reads: “These curtains are fabulous. Arrived without a single crease. Great instructions for hanging to get correct pleating and look. They look much more expensive than they are.

“I have big windows so this made a difference to me. They are quite light (but don’t look it), so they travel on the pole very smoothly without a lot of effort pulling them.”
