The Madison fans should watch ‘addictive’ Western with 100+ episodes on Netflix
Fans of The Madison need to explore this equally captivating and life-affirming Western series that’s just been added to Netflix. Taylor Sheridan’s popular family drama kicked off last Saturday (14th March) with the first three episodes of season one unveiling a heartbreaking tragedy for the Clyburn family.
When proud mother and grandmother Stacy Clyburn (portrayed by Michelle Pfeiffer) is compelled to relocate her New York family to rural Montana, they grapple to adapt to their new surroundings despite the breathtaking scenery and welcoming neighbours.
The final three episodes of the season have now been released on Paramount+, and fans can look forward to a second instalment arriving soon as the sequel wrapped up filming late last year. In the meantime, admirers of the uplifting saga will be searching for similar shows to fill the void, and Netflix has just the solution, reports the Mirror.

Over 100 episodes of the long-standing Canadian series Heartland are available, based on the series of bestselling novels by Lauren Brooke. Season 19 has just been added this week.
The successful drama follows sisters Amy (portrayed by Amber Marshall) and Lou Fleming (Michelle Morgan), who reside on a horse and cattle ranch in Alberta, in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Their close-knit family also includes their widowed grandfather, Jack Bartlett (Shaun Johnston), their previously estranged father Tim Fleming (Chris Potter), and hired ranch hand Ty Borden (Graham Wardle).
Whilst Netflix UK regrettably doesn’t have the first six seasons available, fans say you can jump in at any point, with seasons 8-10 often regarded as a golden era for the programme. Heartland has been a hit with viewers worldwide for almost two decades and is well worth a watch for fans seeking a dose of Western magic after devouring every season of Yellowstone and the first six episodes of The Madison.

One 10/10 IMDb review described the series as a “true gem”, adding: “I have watched every episode more than once. It’s the one show that leaves one with a sense of family and community with both people and animals. It’s a slice of heaven.”
