15′ Wallaroos have to show discipline

The Wallaroos have already given away three penalties to the Black Ferns’ sole ‘full arm’.

Discipline let the Wallaroos down in the defeats to Canada and the US in the Pacific Four Series.

12′ Wallaroos unable to convert on territory

The Wallaroos had a period of play camped inside the Black Ferns’ half while in possession.

They turned the ball over though, and the Black Ferns were able to move the ball down field.

The Wallaroos need to convert on those entries deep inside the Black Ferns’ half.

9′ Wallaroos almost reply

Great work from the Wallaroos in attack!

Desiree Miller chased through on a chip kick and found Georgina Friedrichs in support.

But the scramble defence from the Black Ferns was impressive, and they were able too prevent the Wallaroos from scoring.

4′ Black Ferns score!

The Black Ferns cross for the first try of the match!

Amy du Plessis gets the visitors on the board.

That was just reward for the pressure the Black Ferns built in attack.

They worked the ball into the Wallaroos’ 22 and were held up over the line, but earned a penalty for an earlier infringement from the hosts.

The Black Ferns kicked for touch and following their line-out win, outside centre du Plessis found a gap in the defensive line to stroll over.

The conversion was added by Renee Holmes, and it’s the Black Ferns leading 7-0.
