‘Unbreakable warrior’ among 23 Leicester Mercury death notices this week

An “unbreakable warrior” is among the lost loved ones commemorated in this week’s Leicester Mercury death notices. Jean Audrey Gardner, aged 71, is one of 23 people fondly remembered by family and friends.

This week’s tributes honour those who have recently passed away, as well as those lost in previous weeks and months. Among them is 51-year-old Anthony Philip Brewin, who was described as a “dear eldest son”.

24.01.1974 – 03.12.2025 died after an illness bravely faced, in Kettering Hospital.
