Tullamore-based human capital group acquires specialist HR recruitment firm Eos Talent as it continues regional growth story
AN Offaly founded human capital solutions company has announced plans to create 30 jobs over the next three years as it continues to expand across Ireland and the Middle East.
Allpro People Group, which grew from Allpro Recruitment, founded in Tullamore by Blueball native David Gleeson, has also confirmed the acquisition of Eos Talent, the specialist HR recruitment and talent advisory consultancy founded by award-winning recruiter Emma Anglim.
The announcement marks a significant growth story for the Midlands, showing how a company founded in Tullamore has developed into a wider human capital group serving clients across Ireland, Europe and the Middle East.
Allpro People Group is Ireland’s only end-to-end human capital solutions company, bringing together specialist businesses across recruitment, workforce solutions, AI and technology search, family office advisory and search, accommodation solutions, outsourced HR and specialist HR talent advisory.
The group currently includes Allpro Recruitment, Zylo Talent, Carter Finch, Accom Assist, HRconsultants.ie and now Eos Talent.
The 30 new roles will be created across the wider group over the next three years as Allpro People Group scales its services across Ireland and the Middle East. The acquisition of Eos Talent forms part of the group’s strategy to add specialist, value-led businesses that strengthen its end-to-end human capital offering.

The acquisition of Eos Talent strengthens the group’s position in the HR recruitment and talent advisory market at a time when employers are facing growing demand for HR leaders, people managers, fractional HR support and specialist HR expertise.
Eos Talent works with organisations across HR leadership appointments, permanent HR recruitment, interim and project-based HR talent, confidential and sensitive searches, and talent advisory.
Its founder, Emma Anglim, is an award-winning recruiter with almost two decades of experience in HR recruitment. She was named Recruitment Consultant of the Year 2024 and has partnered with HR Directors, CHROs, CPOs and business leaders across high-growth SMEs, multinationals, public sector and semi-state organisations.
